A splendid and luxurious villa, located right in the hart of Brasov, the Council Square vicinity. Due to its position, you have immediate and easy acce to all the splendour and splendour of the old town: the medieval town Hall in Coucil Square, the famous Black Church (14th-15th centuries) the largest Gothic church in Romania and within the territory between Vienna and Istanbul (the church derived its name from its walls being blackened near this fire that destroyed all pieces made in wood, the historic organ and the bells);Republican street (the most important street from Brasov which concentrate the best stores). The villa where the apartment is has a striking grounds, in the back of which you can admire the old town walls, dating from the 15th century. There is as well a pleasant and select bar on the ground floor, which provides room-service day & night. The villa offers a majestic view over the mount Tampa and over the Black Church; it's as well very close to the cable car of Mount Tampa, one beeing able to even see it as it goes up and down the mountain. The apartments are made-up of 2 or 3 bed rooms, super-large living rooms, kitchens and a bathrooms. The bed rooms have king-size beds, with quality bed linens, nightstands, wardrobes and writing tables. From some of them you can see the Black Church and from the others the cable car. The living rooms are very large(aprox. 60 sqm.), having relaxing, retractable sofas, stylish wood tables with chairs, oak parquet floor, elegant bookcases and big flat-screen cable Televisions. The kitchens are half-opened (American style), up to date and fully equipped ( gas cooker with oven, microwaves, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, plates etc).
