This ground-floor flat has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a separate kitchen, fully equipped with Refrigerator, coffee-maker and water-boiler. In the salon there is a relaxing sofa-bed which can sleep 2 persons. There is as well a up to date bathroom with shower. The apartment has its own personal entrance and can sleep a maximum of 4 persons. Bed linen and towels are included. There are no cleaning charges. However, we expect that the visitors leave the apartment the same way as they found it upon arrival. If we have to do a main cleaning up job, we may deduct cleaning-costs from the security deposit. This groundfloor flat is individually located in the old fishermen quarters of Barcelona.The beach / sea is only 100 mtrs.away.The old 'Gothic quarters'is within walking distance (10-15 mins.) and the famous 'Las Ramblas'only 20 mins. walking away.The Barceloneta offers you the best fish/shellfish restaurants in Barcelona.We highly recommend that you explores this magic part of Barcelona - Minimum stay of 3 nights and maximum of 1 month. - Sorry, no credit-cards. - There is a refundable security deposit of 150 payable upon arrival. - Check-in after 16.00 and dept. before 11.00
