Our farm house is sited at the first periphery of Perugia, in a quiet and unwinding place in the green countryside of Perugia, it is a farm house in fantastic condition, basic furnishing and relaxing. Local people call this place “the terrace of Perugia, in fact from here you can admire a striking landscape of Perugia town; thanks to our strategic position, the town center is only 5 km and it takes no more than 5 few minutes to get there near car; the bus stop to and from the town is approx 300 mt., daytime buses are every 20 few minutes. personal rooms have double or singles beds, the toilet / wc and the kitchen are situated out of the room, there is a lovely old-style saloon & Television room where to eat, drink and unwind. Moreover, thanks to the position and the characteristic of the structure, you can have parties every night, inside and outside where there is a big personal grounds where your music, drinking and dancing will not be a disturb for the villagers!
