Phoenix Hotel is located in Goreme in the middle of Cappadocia. handyly situated in the center of town, when you walk through the doors all the hustle and bustle is left behind and you are entering a great ambience. The building in which the Phoenix Hotel is located was originally a caravansary. When you enter the hotel you will find yourself in the room that was originally the sleeping quarters for the travellers. It has been built of local stone and has a usual Cappadocia barrel vaulted ceiling. The animals rested in a bigger chamber that is on the other side of a little courtyard. Each quiet and romantic non-smoking visitor room has a wooden floor and traditionally decorated wooden ceiling. All rooms have central heating and a personal bathroom with shower, toilet / wc and sink. The building has 2 floors with easy acce via stairs. All the rooms open onto a terrace that has great views of Goreme. A buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. English, French, Dutch and Turkish is spoken near the reception staff.
