NEW!!TH E BUILDING HAS NOW 24 HOURS AIR CONDITION. FREE BREAKFAST COMING 18 MAY. Residencia Pintor Velazquez is a usual rebuilt old 2 story house in the centre of the town. IT IS MORE LIKE A HOTEL THAN A HOSTAL. TRY OUR HOSTAL LINK as well with dorms IF YOU LIKE IT MORE. It is only 10 few minutes walking distance from the beach / sea, the old Arabic castle and the shopping centre. We have rooms (single and double: double rooms is one double bed) some with and some without bathrooms. There are 3 shared bathrooms and everything is clean and try to be quiet. We have a living room, Television, a terrace and self service kitchen so you will feel at home. We like to offer a good ambience in which the clients respect each other.Therefore, we have some rules, like everywhere, for the cleaning of the kitchen after using it and bathrooms after showers. We ask for silence after 00:00 so everybody can be confortable. We respect any sexual orientation. FUN: Since we are situated within 5-10 few minutes to terraces, bars and pubs do not expect this hostal to be a fun house or have bar in it. There are a lot of bars around and we are pretty sure you will like it more to go out than staying partying here; you ll love the hostal to meet people and backpakers for cooking, talk and as well rest! . Below the hostel is an URBAN SPA AND PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINIC r. We offer discounts to clients of the hostel. Saturdays and 12:00 to 17:00 2 x 1 Our staff speak English. VERY IMPORTANT: Since we have few rooms please remember there is NO REFUND for your reservation if you decide to leave the residence before your paid days expire(you pay in advance for all of the days you booked when you arrive after seen the room if asked). We prefer cash payments. MORE DETAILED COMMENTS: Please BE AWARE THAT THE WORD 'ENSUIT' (when reservation the rooms)does NOT mean you will have a bathroom in the room. There are some 'ensuits' with bathrooms and some without because of a misunderstanding when first time we put the rooms on the web, so we a ign them in order of reservation. Sorry. ARRIVAL TIME: Please CONFIRM your arrival time THE DAY BEFORE your reservation, specially if has changed, It is better if you call to the mobile telephone, that one starts with 6... 24 hour reception is offered near request. Please try to arrive punctually-EspecialLY on WEEKENDS. If you know you are going to arrive late please call; as well, if you are going to arrive at 00:00 for no mistakes on the date.. CHECK OUT is at 12:00 so if you come in advance your room may not be ready. It is advised to CHECK IN AFTER 13:00.
