Residencia UIB is a student residence with 97 little rooms equipped with two beds (1 bulk bed) and bathroom en suite. We as well have 4 double rooms with en suite bathroom. You will find us nearby to the main town of Palma, in a very pleasant surroundings Valldemo a, on the north part of the island. Our residence has air conditioning in the common vicinitys, daily cleaning and the sheets and towels are changed regularly. Ther e is a special price for the sports amenities at the UIB which has an indoor swimming pool, fitne gym, 2 tennis courts, 4 tennis courts (artificial turf), a sports hall (basketball, indoor football, handball, volleyball and badminton), and more.
