Own keys are given to the visitors to move at their best convenience. Free street parking at 200 meters. Street parking as well under the rooms but free only from Saturday midnight until Sunday midnight. The Residenza is an apartment divided in independent rooms all with personal bathrooms, decorated with wall paintings near the Greek artist Jannis Binelis. It is on the 2th floor with elevator and very quiet. Each room is provided with personal bathroom, airconditioning, Television, Refrigerator, hairdryer and other acce ories.
