Behind his blind walls, after pushing the door, you'll explore the RYAD DAR KAOTAR ,an old house, totally renewed near the traditional local standard, and transformed into a relaxing bed and breakfast. You'll try de magic of the Marrakech Medina. The easy acce to the house is not common for a house located in the MEDINA A guarded parking ,the Bab Hilane gate and the ramparts of the town are distant of only 100 meters. The greatest JEMAA EL FNA place is at 10 few minutes on foot. This Ryad (600 square meters in 3 levels) is composed near 4 bed rooms open to a patio, a big salon and a terrace facing Marrakech .From the three levels terrace you can see the Atlas mountain range. The four bed rooms are equipped with eaters and clim, with double beds, personal bath room, personal toilet / wc and dre ing room. You’ll appreciate the quietne of the house, the traditional Arab mint tea ceremony, the sun bath at the terrace, and the noise coming from the outside life. The whole town of Marrakech go to sleep while the last prier call from the muezzin is calling from minaret to minaret. A haunting rumour is coming from the medina. Since a thousand years Marrakech go to sleep protected near its ramparts. From the terrace ahead of the town one can see the miracle. At the first light of the morning the miracle of colours, smells, perfume of spices, mint and jasmine smells, are coming from little path in between high walls. Minarets, green tiles from a palace roof, palm threes going out of a patio, all are illuminated near the rising sun. At mid day, Marrakech get his breathe asphyxiated near the heat. This is one of the contrast of the town of Marrakech. Glowing, open, noisy, in the streets and in the souks , and close or mysterious into the houses. The inside walls of the ryad are covered near antique ceramic called “Zelliges” and a red ochre wall covering paste called Tad Latke. In the middle of the patio there is the fountain which is giving the needed freshne at the house. The rooms and salon are all decorated in usual and traditional Moroccan style.
