Santorini Camping CAMPSITE Santorini Description
Santorini Camping is handyly situated just 350 meters from the centre of Fira, the capital of Santorini Island. On the campground there is a swimming pool, which can be used near any camper free of charge, and starts operating around mid May. We as well have a pool bar, restaurant, mini-marketplace and an web access cafe which are all offered to campers at realistic prices, opening late May-beginning June. In addition to a shaded campsite, we offer other services to our customers. Santorini Camping is equipped with washing and ironing amenities as well as providing an vicinity for washing clothes near hand. The campsite is very well equipped with hot showers and clean bathrooms. We as well offer various means of securing your valuables which includes left luggage lockers and safety deposit boxes. At the reception desk, customers will be able to exchange cash, post letters, book volcano trips and use a metered teletelephone. The knowledgeable staff can answer any questions and provide info and recommendations about what to do and see on the island. For the customers who do not bring their tents, we have bed-tents for rent, which are very popular. They consist of two single beds with mattre es and covers (without sheets and pillows), tiles on the floor and a wooden door with a lock. (Please enlarge the relevant photo). There are as well bigger bed-tents with 2 double-deck beds each for 2 or 3 people.
