We are the only visitorhouse in Kusadasi and are open all year round. Come and visit us, your home away from home, you wont be disappointed! Need to get away from it all? Sezgin, the owner (himself a traveller) offers a very welcoming and family ambience. Sezgin’s visitorhouse is situated just 50m from the town center and 120m from the harbour. You can as well enjoy the many cultural sites on our doorstep which includes Ephesus, Artemis Temple (one of the Seven Wonders of the World) and we offer easy acce for day trips to Priene-Miletos-Didyma, the Greek Island Samos and other historic sites all of which can be organised near our welcoming staff. The entire staff speak fluent English, German and many grew up overseas before returning to work in Turkey, making Sezgin’s visitorhouse a favourite place for all types of travelers to Turkey! Sezgin’s visitorhouse has accommodation to suit all needs which includes 24 rooms with their own personal teletelephone, hot water shower and toilet / wcs as well as acce to the individual balconies. 15 rooms have with air-conditioning. Altogether there is a single room, a double room, triple room and 3 family rooms. We'll make sure you don't go hungry during your stay at Sezgins's visitorhouse with a range of scrumptious house-cooked traditional Turkish food on offer for breakfast open buffet, lunch and super. Vegemite, Marmite and Milo are as well offered for those feeling a little homesick. special dietary needs can as well be catered for on request. We have a Barbeque every day with live music and belly dancing.
