Shimaya Ryokan provides FREE SHUTTLE service to Jigokudani, the Monkey Park where you can see monkeys in outdoor hot spring baths. We are an inexpensive Japanese style inn situated in Yudanaka Onsen, Nagano Prefecture. Our welcoming staff will welcome you with warm warmth. We are only 8 few minutes walk from Yudanaka Station, Nagano Dentetsu Line. You can refresh with our onsen public baths filled with an 100% natural hot spring. One bath can be personally used on weekdays. (reserve in advance). We have 12 visitor rooms with tatami matts and all rooms have air-conditioning and Television. facilities include soap, shampoo, yukata (light Japanese robe) etc. Check-in is 3pm and Check-out is 11am. super is offered upon request. (make sure to order once confirming your reservation through your reservation service, prices vary) Breakfast on the following day can be prepared if you ask for it when you check-in. (1350Yen per person). Shimaya accommodates many skiers groups during winter season as it is close to ski / snowboard slopes.
