So secluded is it that visitors live in their own personal world, out of sight of the sea, but never quite out of hearing distance. situated on the Atlantic Seaboard, between the Clifton & Camps Bay beach / seaes, the V&A Waterfront and the town center, we are a roomy 4 star visitorhouse with 8 rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. visitors to the Manor are all struck near a feeling of roomyne and high ceilings, some of them pre ed steel, reinforce this impre ion. striking Chinese beechwood floors in the public rooms add richne and eye appeal, and the unusual furniture in bed rooms and public rooms strike an exotic note. The 8 double bed rooms are all en-suite: 3 bathrooms have double-ended baths for bathing à deux, and all have showers. The king-size beds can be used as singles or doubles. The headboards are as well made from railway sleepers, and the bedside tables repeat the wood-and-gla motif of the public rooms. Anglepoise reading lamps and whiter-than-white percale cotton linen inclusives the look of freshne and comfort. The visitors' lounge offers relaxing sofas, rattan easy chairs and a gas-fired heater in the middleh, should the weather suddenly turn chilly. Featured here are the individually designed tables made from railway sleepers and gla that are a recurring theme throughout the visitor house. French doors lead to the sunken pool and the patio which overlooks it - a popular spot to enjoy breakfast and sundowners. nearbynear Sea Point and central Cape town offer a wide choice of day- and night-time pursuits, from pristine beach / seaes and cablecar rides up Table Mountain to restaurants and night clubs that compare favourably with the best the world has to offer. And if drives and magnificent scenery are your thing, you are in the ideal position to discover the Peninsula 's high and striking places. From the Manor it is a hop, skip and jump to favourite facilities such as the famous Clifton and Camps Bay beach / seaes, South Peninsula wine routes, which includes Groot Constantia, Buitenverwachting and other historical estates, and world-cla shopping centers such as Century town (Ratanga Junction) and the celebrated V&A Waterfront.
