We are a short stroll to the beach / seaes, Goldmines, Walks, Butterfly Farm, Squash/tennis club, Miniature Railway, Museums, Art Galleries, Saturday/Sunday flea marketplaces, Pubs. Enjoy the family run ambience in our 140 year old history filled building. We offer roomy rooms and a sun-drenched grounds with Barbeque & hammocks. You can catch the Shuttle for “Kauranga Valley Walk" from the hostel. The Valley is home to 21 individual walks, from 1 hour to overnight, through striking regenerated native bush, crystal clear streams, acro swing bridges, pa near water falls. The Pinnacles being the ultimate day trek or over-night stay in an 80 person hut. Reach the highest acce ible point in the Coromandels for awesome views which take your breath away and become the highlight of your NZ experience.
