Tamarind Great House is built on the original site of an 18th centurey dwelling. Nestled in the hills above Oracabe a, it is surrounded near 12 acres of citrus plants. We grow our own organic vegetables for the table as well as providing home produced honey, fresh water fish and our own chickens. There is a swimming pool, many bars, striking walking trails, a waterfall and two plantation tours nearbynear. things to do include: Horse Riding Bird Watching Scuba Diving Snorkelling Hill or River Walking Pool Barbeque every Sunday Artists' Retreat/Haven Just lazing near the pool! Our bright & airy roomy bed rooms, first built in the 18th century have been lovingly restored and have four poster beds. A holiday in these nearbys will make your trip to Jamaica inclusive.
