Accommodation Description: Vila Alecrim is set in a quiet position, amidst acres of orange groves nearby the Gilao River and Natural waterfalls at Monihos da Rocha. It is located just 2km north from the center of Tavira, one of the Algarve's loveliest towns, which although popular, has retained its historic architecture and tree shaded squares. The villa is perfect for a group seeking a unwinding holiday. From a tranquil base, there is much to enjoy. Cultural strolls around Tavira, or ferry boat trips to amazing beach / seaes on offshore islands. You can as well enjoy leisurely drives through the countryside or jaunts acro the border to savour the splendour in Seville. The villa has marble tiles throughout the ground floor. The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, dining table and chairs, an open fireplace, sky Television and VCR and has acce onto the patio. There is a super personal swimming pool to refresh sun-scorched bodies, and to the side of the patio there is a built-in barbecue perfect for those group evening meals with grilled sardines washed down with local wine. There are two ground floor bed rooms, a twin plus a double. These share a full bathroom. Upstairs, there are two twin bed rooms and a bathroom. All bed rooms have built-in wardrobes. Accommodation Description: This is a little and delightful place to stay, providing 5 double rooms with personal toilet/bath, fully equipped with air conditioning, Refrigerator, hair dryer ,tv, tea and coffe amenities. A jazz bar and a seawater swimming pool on the first floor is my final detail. Our central position, (near the railway bridge) in Tavira - one of the most characteristic and unspoilt towns in the Algarve -. When you arrive you won’t want to be anywhere else. Services : - Due to the little size and individual décor of the house, and to provide a special, quiet ambiance, bookings for visitors with children are not accepted. - As town centre is so close and there is a lot of restaurants and snack-bars, we don t do any meals. - Cleanings and linnen - after one week. - Towels - after 4 days. - Credit cards are not accepted. - Jun, July, August and September, on top of the 10% to be paid to Hostelworld, an upfront deposit of 50%, to be paid in 10 days after reservation, will be asked to confirm reservations .
