This is a 17th century visitor house with a large beer grounds located 10 miles from Penrith. unwind with a drink in our snug bar whilst you browse over our extensive menu. All our dishes are freshly prepared to order. To compliment your meal why not choose from our wide selection of reasonably priced quality wines. All of our bed rooms are tastefully furnished. They include colour tv and tea-making amenities. All but one have an en-suite shower or bathroom. Culgaith is a welcoming village in the middle of the Eden valley and is located 1 mile off the A66 between the historic marketplace towns of Applenear and Penrith. Close to the river eden (famous for its fishing) and the Settle to carlisle railway, which pa es through the village, it is perfectly located for the Lake District, Yorksrent dales and the Borders.
