The French Connection is an elegant bed & breakfast in the middle of one of Torontos most desirable downtown neighbourhoods... Perched on a hill looking over the town, The French Connection is centrally situated, 5 few minutes' walk from Casa Loma, Toronto's Castle, the second most important tourist destination in Toronto, after the CN Tower. Our subway station is St.Clair West, a 7 minute walk away. Restaurants for all budgets and taste are all around us. We are not a hostel. We offer our visitors personal bed rooms equipped with ONE double or king size bed. Rooms with king beds have personal bathrooms with either whirlpool bath or shower. All our rooms are meticulously clean and well appointed with fine hand-pre ed 100% cotton linens, down pillows and comforters, in-room teletelephone, unlimited free local Calls, wirele web access acce for your laptop / PDA, radio/alarm clocks and so much more. Breakfasts are 'over the top' to quote some of our visitors. Staying with us means living in a well appointed, striking home. Enjoy the formal living room with grand piano, fireplace, daily newspaper. Savour our gourmet breakfasts elegantly served in the dining room, at the hour of your choosing, our media room with Television/VCR/DVD players and hundreds of books in our library. Stretch in the perennial grounds. Take a walk through Wychwood Park, South Hill, Forest Hill, the most exclusive residential vicinitys of the town, all around us. We pride ourselves in providing luxurious accommodations for discerning travelers who travel the le travelled road... Who appreciate living in elegance and lavishness while enjoying the comfort of intimate nearbys and prime position. Although all our rooms have, as a minimum, a double bed, we suggest that COUPLES book a room with king-size bed (200cm wide). These rooms have personal bathroom with either a shower or a whirlpool bath. SINGLE travelers may book either a room with shared bathroom (this way the shared bathroom is shared near 3 persons at the most)or a room with personal bath, as they please. Due to the format of this site which caters more to dorm setting than B&B, the prices we have posted here are for personal rooms and single occupancy. Please add $40 CND/night for double occupancy.
