Toronto Downtown Suite is a up to date 700 square foot suite handyly situated in downtown Toronto nearby the Eaton center shopping mall. The well positioned suite has a relaxing large lounge vicinity, fully equipped designer kitchen, roomy bedroom with a king sized bed and plenty of wardrobes; bathroom with a bath and shower as well as a large terrace that offers magnificent views of downtown Toronto from the 19th floor. The lounge has a relaxing queen size sofa bed where two visitors can sleep. The building in which the suite is located, is in a quiet street and offers a striking half-Olympic size indoor pool; gym; sauna roomy recreation room; laundry amenities ; little library & quiet grounds for visitors to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped with all the facilities such as a microwave, Refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, etc for up to 4 visitors and is perfect for self catering. The Suite is serviced weekly. A late night web access café is very close to the building as well as a convenience store; Dollarhire-a-Car; restaurant; pharmacy; post office; dry cleaner; etc. Smoking is not permitted inside the Suite but visitors can smoke on the large & relaxing terrace. Full PAYMENT is due upon arrival in cash only - Canadian Dollars. An additional $100 Canadian cash is payable upon your arrival as a DEPOSIT for your acce keys to the building; suite; pool; gym; library; etc and will be returned to you in full & in cash upon departure inspection. It is E ENTIAL to notify the host – Andreas, should your ARRIVAL TIME at the suite change. His contact details will automatically be forwarded to you the moment you have made your reservation. The minimum stay / reservation period is 3 days.
