We are just steps away from the Cable Cars – a individual San Francisco Tradition; Union Square (department stores, bookstores, restaurants and street entertainment), the Theatre District (comedy, plays, dance venues and Chinatown (historic artifacts, nifty trinkets, and of course, Chinese food). Please refer to check in requirements at the bottom of the page before making your booking. Wha t do you look for in a hostel? Great rooms? Each of our dorm rooms has a personal bathroom. All of our mattre es are replaced the second they become unrelaxing (well, we might wait until the person wakes up if they’re still sleeping on it). Lots of common space? Of course, we’re USA Hostels! We’re all about having a great time and providing plenty of space and things to do to get our visitors mingling. Look for great parties in our huge lounge! Good service? Our staff is well informed and helpful – they are travellers like you from all around the world – and they want to make sure that you enjoy your visit to San Francisco! A good kitchen? Good? Try great! Some hostels call a microwave and a hotplate a kitchen. We call that the janitor’s office. Our kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave (don’t tell the janitor we took it), large sinks, and all the cookware, dishware and utensils you could po ibly need! Cleanline ? We have a very large housekeeping staff that washes every bathroom and every corner of the hostel each and every day. I privately inspect the hostel every day! Fun? This ain’t your momma’s hostel! To check in you will need to present one of the following types of identification: A valid foreign pa port, a Canadian driver's license or a curhire out of state college ID with a government i ued id (driver's license, etc). You may as well be asked to provide proof of curhire international travel. People under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay in dorm rooms.
