This popular relaxing inn and visitorhouse in the historic village of Wilno, on Highway 60, is forty few minutes from Algonquin Park and a two hour drive from Ottawa. We offer bright rooms with shared baths, roomy suites with personal baths and a fully equipped visitor cottage. Our Red Canoe Restaurant provides a middley lodge breakfast for our visitors. Full, continental and vegetarian options are offered. We as well serve lunch and super on our licensed patio or in our Back Porch Bar. You will be able to discover the art gallery, antiques and shops on site as well as enjoy natural world on our hilking and walking and biking trails. We have direct acce to the hilking and walking and snowmobiling trails that lead to Algonquin Park. Come in September or October if you want to enjoy the autumn foliage, or in winter to do some outdoor skating, ice-fishing or go on a sleigh ride. We welcome international travelers. Watch for the colourful flags in front of our building. The Greyhound bus from Toronto (3 hours) and Ottawa (2 hours) stops directly in the Village of Wilno. Wilno was the first Polish settlement in Canada. If you're interested in getting a taste of little-town Ontario life, it's the ideal stop off!
