Opened in November 2004, the Windsor Plaza Hotel is Vietnam's newest luxury hotel, shopping centre, entertainment complex, and conference facility. An Dong Plaza shopping centre on the lower levels is comprised of nearbyly 1,500 shops, a supermarketplace, a games room and an outside beer grounds. The hotel's lower lobnear on the ground floor directly connects with the main lobnear and Cafe Central on the fourth floor via expre elevators. Above the main lobnear are Club 99 night club, Ngan Dinh Chinese restaurant, a gambling casino, the largest conference and banquet hall in Ho Chi Minh town, and a ma age and splendour treatment centre.
