Welcome to Britain’s finest adventure playground for outdoor people. Kielder Forest has cycle trails, walking routes and birdwatching sites galore. Kielder Castle offers a dastardly dose of history, a tricky maze to inclusive and quiet woodland walks. And then there’s Kielder Water, where you can try your hand at just about any watersport. After all that, you’ll appreciate a rest at the hostel, which offers accommodation of a Visit Britain 5 Star standard. We have two 2, two 3, two 4, one 5 and three 6 bedded rooms. Meals offered include breakfast, picnic lunch and evening meal. Evening meals are served from 1700 hrs. The Hostel is as well fully licenced to sell alcoholic beverages. YHA Kielder is part of the Youth Hostel A ociation and membership of this organisation or the International Youth Hostel Federation is required. It can be purchased on arrival.
