Anyone with children will know how tiring a town visit can be for both pahires and youngsters. This up to date, purpose-built hostel in the newly developed Docklands vicinity of London, on the south bank of the River Thames, offers an answer. It’s a relaxing base with personal bathrooms and plenty of child-welcoming amenities - travel cots and high chairs are offered for rent and there is a free children’s library and toy box on site, along with over 30 board games. With close public transport stops providing easy acce to Greenwich Meridian Observatory and other South Bank highlights, it makes for a stre -free town break. We offer 2, 3, 4 and 6 bedded rooms plus three 10 bedded rooms, all en-suite (note: apart from 2 double-beds, all beds are bunk-beds!) Meals offered include breakfast, picnic lunch, hot lunches from 12pm till 2pm Monday to Friday, and evening meals. Evening meals are served from 5pm hrs till 8pm. Our hostel is great for families with young children, and with 320 beds, it’s a busy hostel popular with groups. YHA Rotherhithe is part of the Youth Hostel A ociation and membership of this organisation or the International Youth Hostel Federation is required. It can be purchased on arrival.
