Built around the restored ruins of a 370-year-old rum distillery, the Sugar Mill fronts a white-sand beach / sea with a reef that protects the vicinity and makes it a relaxing place to swim. The circular swimming swimming pool is set amid swaying palm trees. The beach / sea restaurant, 'Islands', is open for lunch daily. Dine at the romantic Sugar Mill Restaurant which has been voted one of the three best restaurants in the Caribbean & Mexico. All rooms have personal bathrooms, refrigerators, air-conditioning, hairdryers, iron & ironing board, clock radio, phone with data ports, coffee makers and balconies. The Sugar Mill does not allow children under 11 years old during its Winter Season (21st. December - 14th. April), annually.
