One king in the bedroom with a pull out sofa in the Living area. Fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and one bath. Unit is short drive to Alpine and monument golf course and a short walk to Avalanche Bay indoor water park. Houseguest discounts and package are available for golf, ski, and waterpark. Check in is at 6 P.M. and check out is at 11 A.M.
