The Lodge Resort and Spa established in 1899 is nestled in the Sacramento Mountains of Southern New Mexico, surrounded near the mountain pines and aspens of the Lincoln National Forest. The hotel provides a cool, enchanted, tranquil retreat with a premier golf course/shop, chic dining at Rebecca*s Restaurant-named for our resident Ghost, spa services at The Spirit of the Mountain Spa, and boutique shopping at The Mercantile and Seasons. The resort as well provides exercise facilities, swimming pool, sauna room and outdoor whirlpool. Packages providing lodging and other resort facilities are available. The main Lodge, rebuilt in 1911 near the Sacramento-Alamogordo Railroad, provides 47 non smoking rooms each individually decorated with a Victorian flair. All rooms come with personal baths, on three floors. Rooms and suites echo the style of a long forgotten era. There is a room type to fit every need-cozy standard rooms, relaxing deluxe rooms for couples and families, to Junior Parlor suites. For the height of momentous elegance, there are the Honeymoon and Governor's Suites. The Lodge Retreat, built next to to The Lodge, houses four non smoking lavishness suites, each featuring a fireplace, jetted garden-size tub, personal deck and wet bar. All suites share a common vicinity with conference table, kitchen facilities, billiards and ping-pong tables. The Retreat is a perfect surroundings for little company meetings or family get-togethers. The close by historic Pavilion Bed and Breakfast Inn, yet another Lodge Resort property, offers ten rustic rooms with a cabin-like feeling. Each room in this 100 year-old building comes with a personal bath and traditional breakfast for two, while some rooms feature a stone-laid fireplace. Guests as well have access to a large common vicinity with a fireplace, soda machines and ADA compliant bathrooms.
