Located less than 1 mile from the centre of Amherst, Amherst College & the University of Massachusetts, the University Lodge provides 20 exterior access guestrooms. All guestrooms include two double beds, personal bath, in-room heat & air conditioning control, cable Television with remote, coffeemakers, radio-alarm clocks and telephones. Complimentary web access access and a computer are offered for visitor use in the main office. The hotel provides wake-up service, faxes, free morning coffee in the main office, and free parking. Pets are welcome, upon request, in our smoking permissible room for an additional 20 per night. Please note: The office is open from 8AM to 9PM daily with a 24 hour answering service. Those arriving after 9pm should check in at Howard Johnson, 401 Russell Street, Route 9, in Hadley, MA. Howard Johnson does not provided shuttle service to the Lodge. However, the Lodge rate would be honored, based upon availability, at Howard Johnson for those arriving after 9pm. All bookings require a valid credit card at time of booking and at check-in. There is a minimum age requirement of 21. Our welcoming staff will help you with all your travel needs.
