Nestled in the coastal plain of northeastern North Carolina, the Culpepper Inn is just one hours drive from Norfolk International Airport. The Inn is surrounded near lush lawns, shrubs, and trees and housed in an 1930s brick Colonial Revival style manor house built near William and Alice Culpepper. The Inn is cosy with a smattering of antiques, Orientals and high thread count linen. The Inn features ten visitor rooms with king or queen sized beds, large recliners and personal claw foot baths and soaking tubs. Most rooms have a small fridge and microwave. Four of the rooms have gas fireplaces and one is fully fitted to accommodate handicapped clientele. On the grounds, you will find striking landscaping, a fishpond, and a screened porch to accent outdoor activities. In addition to enjoying a good nights rest, we as well host business meetings, weddings, conferences,family reunions and music recitals. We as well offer sports getaway weekends golf, sailing, tennis, and windsurfing. Established in 1993, the Culpepper Inn has quickly become an Elizabeth town tradition.

main house room- the main house rooms contain both king
and queen beds. all are located on the second floor. a
loveseat sits in the hall next to a large window for
cuddling up with a good book.
annex magnolia house - annex rooms feature queen beds,
cable tv, recliners, and soaking or claw foot tubs. all
have microwave and refrigerators. 4 have fireplaces.
