standard 3 bdrm condo- the two-level three bedroom condo
is approximately 1,450 square feet and accommodates a
maximum of six persons. on the entry level you will find a
large living room with fireplace, master bedroom with full
bath and a large kitchen and dining area. just off the
living area is a deck with outdoor table and chairs for
relaxing and enjoying our fresh mountain air. the upper
level has two bedrooms, one full bath and a small study.
2 bed 1.5 bath- pinon parks two-bedroom, one and one-half
bath two level condominiums measure 960 square feet. the
entry level is an open floor plan that encompasses the
living room with fireplace, breakfast room, full kitchen,
half bath and enclosed laundry area with washer and dryer.
the kitchens are fully equipped with dishwasher,
microwave, coffeemaker, dishes and all necessary cooking
utensils. on the upper level is the master bedroom which
opens onto its own private deck, the guest bedroom and one
full bathroom located in the hallway adjoining the
bedrooms. several combinations in bed sizes are available
and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room can also
be requested. each condo also has is own private entry deck.
