Newly opened in 2000, the Cocobay Resort is an all-inclusive resort located on the western coastal of Antigua in the Valley Church village, approximately 20-minutes driving distance from St. John's, and 30-minutes from V. Bird International Airport. Nearby highlights include Nelson's Dockyard, Jolly Harbour, and Shirley's Height.

Hotel facilities include sunfish sailing, kayaking, snorkeling, weekly Manager's cocktail party, live entertainment, tour assistance, and pool. Dining options include the main all-inclusive restaurant, which serves buffet-style breakfast and lunch and a la carte dinner, and the Sheer Restaurant, consisting of six personal open-air pavilions and open only for super five nights a week (not included in all-inclusive rate). The all-inclusive rate includes full breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinners at the main restaurant, non-premium bar, house wine near the glass, non-motorized water sport equipment, beach/pool towels, and all taxes and gratuities.

Guest accommodations are in cottages with irons, ironing boards, mini-refrigerators, hairdryers, wall safes, ceiling fans, coffeemakers, and personal verandahs. Please note that children over 12 are welcome at the resort - adult rate applies. One exception will be during the period of December 20, 2005 and January 4, 2006 children under 12 will be allowed. Note: swimming pool will be closed for refurbishing from 10/28/05 - 10/31/05.
