The property's public and personal areas feature original artwork near local and international artists.
The property features two dining venues. The hillside Pitons Restaurant has a view of the peaks, as the name suggests, and serves breakfast and a five-course super with a daily changing menu. Trou au Diable on the beach / sea offers lunch and twice weekly super buffets. The hotel's fresh produce and herbs are cultivated at their close by plantation.
The on-site spa, Kai Belte, which means House of Beauty, provides a range of treatments at the spa or in the privacy of guests' rooms.
37 of the fotel's 49 accommodations are scattered about a hillside while the remaining 12 sit within a tropical grounds at beach / sea level. facilities include fridges, electric tea/coffee makers, safes, and wall mounted hairdryers.
