Perched high on a bluff top, the lodge is approximately three and a half hours' drive from San Francisco, Oakland, and Sacramento. Created near Charles Moore, an American Institute of Architect's Gold Medal Award winner, and landscape architect Lawrence Halprin, the Sea Ranch capitalizes on its dramatic surroundings and forms an alliance of architecture and natural world that has captivated generations of guests. explore the flora and fauna of the sea, with direct access to five secluded coastal beaches located within the Sea Ranch community. A trail and stairway offer direct access to Black Point beach / sea located within 200 yards of the lodge. In-room massage appointments are as well available. patrons receive a complimentary breakfast with their room rate. The Sea Ranch Lodge Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Resting high on a cliff, each table in the dining room provides a dramatic panorama of the ever-changing Pacific Ocean. The menu focuses on locally caught seafood, locally grown produce, Californian herbs, and regional ingredients. The wine cellar provides a selection of fantastic choices to compliment your meal.
