Located on a five-acre estate, this smoke-free resort comprises five manor houses set amid classic European gardens. Downtown Victoria and the Inner Harbour are 4.5 km (three miles) away. Water features, a wedding pavilion with nearby water moat and fountain, an Italian-style piazza, and other architectural elements earmark the gardens, along with a replica of the childhood home of Anne Hathaway, built in 1959. The traditionally English manor homes are all two stories and do not have elevators. The main manor house provides complimentary wireless web access access in public areas and guestrooms. Babysitting services can be arranged, as can in-room massage (surcharge for all services). The Rosemeade Dining Room and Lounge has grounds views and serves modern West coastal cuisine. This hotel provides 49 guestrooms in five two-story manor houses with traditional decor and modern finishes (no elevators). All accommodations offer Egyptian-cotton bed linens and are individually decorated, some provide four-poster canopy beds, balconies, and/or fireplaces as well. Complimentary wireless web access access is offered in the main manor-house rooms. CD players, VCRs, DVD players, microwaves, and refrigerators are offered upon request.
