Guarantee Policy
Full payment is due prior to arrival:A 3 night deposit is required at time of booking. If deposit is by check, the check must be received within 14 days after booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancel Policy
Cxls made 30+ days prior to arrival will receive a refund of deposit less a 5% cxl penalty. Cxls made within 30 days of arrival will not be entitled to a refund.
