The Blue Tile beach / sea House is an extraordinary five bedroom house, 1/2 mile from the surf town of Paia, on Maui's North Shore. The 4200 square foot house has a roomy main lobby with two spiral stairways leading to the two separate wings of the house. On one wing are two personal oceanfront suites, with wrap around lanais and kitchenettes. On the other wing are three private bed rooms with common kitchen, dining, and entertainment rooms. Rooms can be rented individually or near the house as a private. The striking grassy court yard with five tear fountain extends right to the white sandy beach. Tavares bay is a gorgeous swimming beach, windsurfing launch, and surf break. Our vacation rental is great for singles, couples or large groups. We as well have six more bedrooms offered next door at The Spyglass House all with superb kitchens, living rooms, and oceanfront lanais. If you want to stay in a peaceful, healthy environment, this is the place for you. Spyglass House is a very magical oceanfront property situated on the North Shore of Maui, 1/2 mile from the surf town of Paia. There are 3 houses, located around a bricktop courtyard and sunken tiled Jacuzzi, all 30 feet from the waters edge. Hear the sound of the crashing waves, feel the cool ocean breezes, bask in the warm Maui sun. The Main House has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, on the Ground Floor, and three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, upstairs, each with a kitchen for you to use, living room and expansive lanai. There are 21 stained glass windows throughout the house, hard wood floors, and high ceilings. Rooms can be rented individually, sharing a kitchen with the other two rooms in that unit, or near the unit as a personal home. The Dolphin House has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, as well with full kitchen, living room, and expansive lanai. There are full length arched windows in the living room looking over the water, which give the house a delightful light feeling.
